Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1: ARRIVAL PAROS Arrival at Paros port and shared transfer to your hotel for check in. Free afternoon at leisure. Hotel: Posiedon of Paros Meal: No
Day 2: PAROS Free day at leisure or OPTIONAL PAROS island bus tour on SIC Basis Duration: 09:00 - 17:00 p.m Days of Service: Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday Includes: Pick up and escort, entrance fees to winery & folklore museum Official rate 50 euro per adult & Official rate 36 euro per child Our excursion starts at 09:00 from Parikia. We walk through the old town towards the Frankish castle (13th century) and to the church of Saint Konstantinos and Eleni, which is situated on the highest spot of Parikia town. After we take the short walk towards the most famous, and one of the oldest churches of allover Greece, the Panagia Ekatontapiliani, (our lady of the hundred doors), built around 400 AC. From here, the bus takes us south, where we pass the villages of Alyki and Drios and then we reach Pisso Livadi, where we take our break. We will have some free time to eat or even to swim. The traditional Cycladic architecture we meet again later, as we reach Lefkes, the former capital of Paros with its lots of green and breathtaking view. We continue our tour to Marathi, to the ancient marble quarries, where the world-famous marble was mined for some of the most known statues and sculptures in ancient times (e.g. the Venus from Milos). Later in the afternoon we arrive in Naoussa, the beautiful fishing village with all its Cycladic charm. We take a little walk trough its small narrow streets and the port with the colorful fishing boats. Around 17:00 we are taken back to our hotels. Hotel: Posiedon of Paros Meals: Breakfast
Day 3: PAROS Free day at leisure or OPTIONAL ANTIPAROS lazy day cruise with traditional boat on SIC BASIS Days of Service: Daily Duration: 10:00 - 17:00 p.m Includes: Boat trip, Lunch BBQ, drinks, pick up transfers Official rate 70 euro per adult & Official rate 47 euro per child Antiparos island tour with an original kaiki boat including lunch. Around the beautiful coastline of Antiparos you will enjoy a wonderful day. The boat is leaving from Pounda and will take you to Pantalonisia, where they have their first stop for swimming. The water is crystal blue and looks like a natural swimming pool. On the beautiful beach of Faneromeni there will be a BBQ organized for you, while you are enjoying the sun and the sea. You will be amazed from the pureness and beauty this small island offers you. Afterwards we will head towards Mastichari cave where we will make a photo stop.
